[Madison, Alabama: November 7, 2019] Matt Curtis Real Estate (MCRE) recently received two awards from REAL Trends ranking their website among the top-ranked websites in the country. Their website is ranked #7 for “Best Mobile” and #9 for “Best Community.”

Every year REAL Trends pinpoints the country’s largest and most successful real estate agencies, ranking them by closed transactions and separately closed volume of sales. Matt Curtis Real Estate’s mobile website design was ranked seventh in the country, attributed to the fluidity of their layout, images, and flexibility of their landing pages.

MCRE’s website was also ranked ninth in the country for best community website. Best community websites provide quick, efficient searches to make it easier for visitors to find specific information about the community such as average home price, market data, imagery, facts, and lifestyle. 

Matt Curtis Real Estate’s website provides insight into what’s happening in the community, listings in the area, and what MCRE does to support their community. This includes partnerships with House of Harvest, Downtown Rescue Mission, their Nicaragua Project, and multiple local sponsorships. MCRE looks to support charities, youth sports, and other causes that can have a positive effect on their clients and the local and global community. 

Every year, Matt Curtis Real Estate sponsors House of Harvest’s 5k benefiting food-insecure families in the area. This year, MCRE participated in a backpack drive with Downtown Rescue Mission to provide winter necessities for homeless men, women, and children in the area. Matt Curtis Real Estate also has a special partnership with Habitat for Humanity, and for every 100 homes sold by MCRE, they build a home in Nicaragua.
