Madison is a popular North Alabama city of approximately 40,000 residents, bordered by Huntsville on almost all sides. Known internationally as a hub for information technology, telecommunications, and the sciences, Madison is a recreation gold mine, located close to plateaus, national forests, and the famous neighboring city of Huntsville with which Madison shares many of its best facilities and much of its culture.


Monrovia, Alabama is slotted in between the great cities of Huntsville and Madison and consists of a collection of gorgeous homes for sale. This small community is a fantastic place to buy real estate due to its suburban feel, its friendly and community-oriented residents, and its proximity to both Madison and Huntsville's city centers as well as pristine countryside. Monrovia operates the Monrovia Parks and Recreation Association, an organization for local youth, supported entirely by community efforts.


Harvest is a stunning rustic locale that's home to only 5,281 lucky residents. Though lightly populated and rural in atmosphere, Harvest is the site of a diverse real estate market that features everything from sweeping country estates to historic cottages.

South East Huntsville

South East Huntsville is a portion of the city that's known for its relaxed, serene, and suburban feel. Catering to this lifestyle, the area offers endless leisure and a diverse array of neighborhoods featuring every category of home. As well, south east Huntsville is close to numerous beautiful natural attractions. These include Blevins Gap Preserve, The Certain Tract, Burritt on the Mountain, The Big Cat Creek Tract, and most of the southern quarter of Monte Sano State Park.

Jones Valley

Jones Valley is a luxurious part of South Huntsville. It is the site of Jones Farm Park, esteemed golf club The Ledges, and Valley Hill Country Club, another high-end facility that enthusiasts will love. Jones Valley features sweeping alpine views and proximity to Aldridge Creek, the Tennessee River, and some light shopping.

Meridianville, Alabama is a small community located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Huntsville, close to Madison County's Executive Airport. Featuring a wealth of stately — often new — homes of significant value, Meridianville allows residents to foster an executive lifestyle with golf courses, upscale shopping, and the airport close by. Tree-lined streets give way to plush meadows, creating an elegant and beautiful atmosphere in this tranquil community.


Gurley is an exceptionally compact town with historic roots dating back to its establishment in the early 1800s as a railroad-based boomtown. Remnants of its rich history can still be found in this Appalachian paradise, through its buildings and the Historic District that makes up a large portion of the town. Gurley is home to a population of just under 800 and is located an approximately 20 minute drive from Huntsville.

Owens Cross Roads

Owens Cross Roads is a charming town situated about 20 minutes from Huntsville's central core. This is a gorgeous, lush, open and sunlit area veiled by expansive mountain views and endearing cottages n large oak-covered lots.


Toney, Alabama is a lovely community located on the banks of Limestone Creek, a branch of the Tennessee River. Located 25 minutes from Huntsville's bustling professional culture and entertainment, Toney is rich with brush, natural fields, and hills. Real estate in Toney is diverse, featuring detached single-family homes in a mix of styles and ages, with ranchers being the predominant class. Athens is located in Limestone County and is one of Alabama's first incorporated cities. Athens is just over 30 minutes from Huntsville and Madison, but has its own high status as a small but first-class city.
