What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to assigned buyer and seller opportunities.
- Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, listing appointments, and client follow-up.
- Guide clients through the buying or selling process with clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare and review real estate contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents.
- Manage deadlines and coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, title professionals, and other agents.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activity within the team’s CRM.
- Negotiate offers, repairs, terms, and other transaction details on behalf of clients.
- Work closely with the team’s listing, marketing, closing, and operations professionals.
- Participate in weekly training, coaching, masterminds, and accountability sessions.
