The Madison Chamber of Commerce held its annual small business awards celebration and dinner on October 24, 2017, at the Insanity Complex in Madison. This is an event that many small business members of the Madison Chamber look forward to each year!
Congratulations to all the winners and finalist!! This was an exceptional honor to be recognized by a group of your peers for exhibiting outstanding products and services, and customer care. As a past winner of 3 Madison Chamber Best in Business Awards, Matt Curtis, owner of Matt Curtis Real Estate was asked to present awards to the Home & Living Business of the Year, Excellence in Leadership & Service, and Best Business of the Year awards recipients.
Congratulations also to all the businesses that were nominated. Lots of hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction factored into the recognition of each business. Although it sounds cliché when it’s said out loud, “It’s an honor to be nominated”, it really does create a sense of accomplishment and an amazing will to succeed, when you receive that surprise visit from the smiling Chamber staff as they hand you the nomination envelope!
As a small business owner, obstacles are thrown at you, that you must find a way to go around, go over, or simply bust through!! Everyone seated in the venue for this occasion shares a passion to be better, to do better, and serve their clients with excellence and compassion each and every day. So, no matter the reason for attending the Best In Business Awards, whether you are presenting or anticipate receiving, or supporting all the efforts represented in the venue, this is an accomplishment to be in the conversation!
Small businesses are pivotal to the success of the American economy, and the Rocket City and surrounding areas are no different! We are proud to be a member of the small business community here the Madison / Huntsville area. And we love being able to live, work and play in such an incredible community! Thank you, Madison Chamber of Commerce, for being an integral part of our community.
