Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join the fast-growing MCRE team. Our ideal candidate is humble, hungry, smart and professional with top notch customer service and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of project management experience and a background in Salesforce. Manage Salesforce Projects:

Weekly Strategy and Update Meeting
Write Project Scopes of Work
Collaborate with Marketing Team to Create User Interface Scope (when necessary)
Collaborate with Matt and Teams that are impacted by Technology Enhancements
Interview & Present Quotes on Projects to Owner for Approval
Manage Project Updates, Training Roll Out & QA
Create Salesforce Reports when Necessary
Brainstorm Salesforce Enhancements
Build Scalable Systems to allow us to grow to multiple offices by Q4 2019
Roll Out Salesforce Lightning
Manage Duplicate Lead Mergers

Manage Website Projects:

Weekly Strategy and Update Meeting with Owner
Write Project Scopes of Work

Attend Project Meetings for tracking and input

Digital File Storage Transfer

Pay: $65K-$85K based on experience
