Brief Description

We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to help lead our team's hiring and team member development as we consistently grow 50+% year after year. Our ideal candidate needs to be a proven leader, a great team player, empathetic, humble, honest, and professional to fit in with our championship team. We are looking for someone who has led the HR department at a company sized of 150 - 250+ that is looking to help grow our team to this level over the next 2 to 4 years. The starting pay for this position is between $50,000 - $75,000+, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Grow MCRE Culture
  • Manage Team Member Career Development and Training
  • Manage New Job Postings, Interview Process, and Onboarding of New Team Members
  • Manage and Document MCRE Processes
  • Conduct Weekly 1 on 1 Meetings with Team Members

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Standard work hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
  • College Degree in Human Resources
  • Min of 3 years work experience
  • Ideal Candidate has led a company of 150 - 250+ people as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Professional, team player attitude
