  • Double Check Accuracy of Salesforce Data Entry and Ensure 100% Accuracy on Commission, Admin Fees, & Earnest Money Fields
  • Log all Client Communication in Salesforce
  • Assist Closing Coordinator
  • Provide Information while Closing Coordinator is out of the Office
  • Save all Contract Documents on Google Drive
  • Password Protect Earnest Money with Zip Code
  • DO NOT delete folders from the Drive (including on your cell phone) * File all Documents in Appropriate Place
  • Proactively Fill in & Cross Train on other Team Members’ Positions
  • Listings
  • File Close Outs
  • Professional, Friendly, & Prompt First Impression (When filling in at the front desk)
  • Professional Dress and Greeting
  • Answer all Calls by 1st Ring with, “It’s a great day at Matt Curtis Real Estate, this is _________. How can I serve you today?”
  • Know Calendar and anticipate Greetings
  • Ex 10 AM Listing Appt Joe Smith for Jeff York - know their names and ask - are you Joe Smith? Go ahead and ensure conference room is prepared for them and connect them with agent. Look at calendar each day and ensure everyone has a conference room that needs one and assign conference room by priority of meeting. Listings have top priority. * Accurate & Protective Screening
  • Complete Buyer & Seller Intake Forms, Update Salesforce, and Email Immediately to Matt
  • Accurately deliver all messages
  • Pre Screen all calls for Matt to protect his time
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Organizational Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
