Matt Curtis Real Estate is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Client Care Specialist to join our fast-growing team.  You will be responsible for expertly communicating with our clients before, during and long after their home buying or selling process.  At MCRE we know that Together Everyone Achieves More and we embrace this idea in our award-winning culture. What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide consistent Five Star Service in all interactions 

  • Manage MCRE Programs such as the Rewards Club, Referral Programs and Reviews 

  • Develop, maintain and strengthen client and prospect relationships throughout the entire home buying/selling process and beyond

  • Manage client event communications 

  • Collaborate with MCRE Leadership, Marketing, Admin and Agent Teams to drive the client experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
