Step 1: Buyer Consultation

Home buyer consultationThis is a no pressure, easy, casual meeting with one of our buyer specialists to allow you to ask questions about your unique needs. Also, it's your opportunity to interview us and decide if we are the right fit to work with your family! This session is completely free of charge and there is no obligation.

Step 2: Pre-Approval

Loan pre approvalYour mortgage pre-approval is an important second step. Not only does this give you insight into different loan programs and educate you on current interest rates, but it also empowers you to look at the right homes. Knowing your buying power is key, and should happen early in the process.

Huntsville, AL home searchThis is the fun part! Your buyer specialist will help you find homes that meet your criteria, you will look at the homes in person, and narrow down a list ofyour favorites. Your buyer specialist works for YOU and represents YOUR best interests. They can help you with any home listed by any company, as well as new construction options!

Step 4: Offer & Negotiations

real estate offers & negotiationsWhen you've found the right home, your buyer specialist will advise you on making an offer, recommend contract provisions to protect you, and negotiate on your behalf.

Step 5: Home Inspection

home inspectionsThis step is important! Alabama is a Caveat Emptor, or “Buyer Beware” state. That is different for many buyers that have bought properties in different states. We can guide you through this process and ensure that you meet all deadlines on your inspections and repair requests. Your agent will attend your inspection, and then you will be in touch with our closing coordinator to negotiate repairs.

Step 6: Closing

Closing on the purchase of your new homeClosing typically takes around an hour and is an easy process. Plus, closing day is a happy day! This is when you receive your keys and officially become a homeowner!
